This issue starts with four reports on the summer schools of our society: (i) 2022 JTG/IEEE ITSoc Summer School; (ii) 2022 IEEE European School of Information Theory; (iii) 2022 IEEE East Asian School of Information Theory; and (iv) 2022 IEEE North American School of Information Theory. We continue with the minutes from the Board of Governors meeting that was held in ISIT 2022 hybrid. Next, we have an article celebrating the life and works of Toby Berger who passed away recently. We conclude with call for papers, conference calendar, and call for nominators.

  • November 20, 2022 for the issue of December 2022;
  • February 20, 2023 for the issue of March 2023;
  • May 20, 2023 for the issue of June 2023.

Any formats (plain text, LaTeX, and word files) are allowed; do not worry about fonts or layout as this will be taken care of by us. Electronic photos and graphics should be in high resolution and sent as separate files.
