IEEE ethics reporting process: A new process was introduced in April 2021. The new process includes a centralized location for reporting misconduct, an extended timeframe for reporting, and some updated procedures for evaluating, managing, and tracking reports of misconduct.
Complaints should be reported via the portal at the following link: Ethics Point Link. Reports can be made either via an online form or by phone; details of both are provided at the link.
Some information on the revised process was provided in the April 2021 issue of IEEE Spectrum: Spectrum article
