We are excited to announce that the open-access journal Entropy is arranging a special issue on "The Role of Signal Processing and Information Theory in Modern Machine Learning". As the Guest Editors, we welcome your related articles to this special issue. The scope is fairly broad and please see the link below for more information.

One of the main areas of focus for the special issue is on the theory of machine learning and deep learning. The submission deadline will be on 30 November 2020, and all papers will be rigorously reviewed in a timely manner.
