ScholarOne Manuscripts (formerly known as Manuscript Central) is a web-based submission and peer review workflow solution which will replace Pareja in early 2010.

To the extent possible, authors are encouraged to delay submission of new papers until the official launch of the ScholarOne Manuscripts site for the IEEE Trans. on Information Theory .

Existing papers will continue to be processed thorugh the Pareja system.
