The applicants should have a PhD degree in relevant disciplines and a competent research record. They will be recruited through the University Hundreds Talent Program which provides a relocation fund and a startup research fund with a category depending their enrolled positions. Outstanding candidates will also have the opportunity to be provided an industrial fund from Huawei.

The new faculty members will be affiliated with the Institute of Information Coding and Intelligent Transmission directed by Professor Li Chen.
