THE 43rd ANNUAL CONFERENCE ON INFORMATION SCIENCES AND SYSTEMS (CISS) IN 2009, held by the Johns Hopkins University, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

We are honored to invite you to submit and present your paper(s) at the 2009 CISS conference held on Wednesday, March 18 through Friday, March 20. 

Authors are invited to submit previously unpublished papers describing theoretical advances, applications, and ideas in the fields of Information Sciences and Systems including signal and image processing and analysis, systems biology and control, communication and information theory, computer engineering, and photonic systems. Papers can be regular papers or short papers. Regular papers require approximately 30 minutes to present and will be reproduced in full in the conference proceedings. Short papers require approximately 15 minutes to present with one-page summaries published in the proceedings. 

This conference is co-sponsored by the IEEE Information Theory Society. All accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore.
