Authors are invited to submit previously unpublished papers describing theoretical advances, applications, and ideas in the fields of Information Sciences and Systems including:

Papers will require approximately 18 minutes for presentation and will be reproduced in full (up to six pages) in the conference proceedings.

Submissions in FINAL FORMAT and no longer than six (6) pages must be submitted online at https://ciss.jhu.edu by December 10, 2022. Authors will be notified of acceptance no later than January 30, 2023. Each accepted final manuscript must be uploaded in IEEE PDF format, along with a signed IEEE copyright form, no later than February 6, 2023. These firm deadlines are necessary to ensure the timely availability of the conference platform and site. IEEE reserves the right to exclude any paper from distribution after the conference, including removal from IEEE Xplore®, that is not presented by an author at the conference.
