Biography

Stanislav Kruglik was born in Russia, in 1994. He received his B.Sc. degree in applied mathematics and physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Moscow, Russia in 2015 and M.Sc. degree in data science from Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech), Moscow, Russia in 2017. He successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis entitled "Codes for local and confidential data recovery" in Theoretical Foundations of Computer Science at MIPT, under the supervision of Prof. Grigory Kabatiansky and Prof. Alexey Frolov. Stanislav Kruglik received Russian president scholarship in 2016 and Simons foundation scholarship in 2015. His research interests  include information and coding theory, cryptography, and distributed data storage systems.
