Biography

Georgina Hall is an Assistant Professor in the Decision Sciences Area at INSEAD, which she joined in September 2019. From January 2019 to September 2019, she was a postdoctoral researcher at INRIA under the supervision of Laurent Massoulie. She obtained her PhD from Princeton University in Operations Research and Financial Engineering in 2018 under the supervision of Amir Ali Ahmadi. Her work is for the most part in optimization, with a focus on convex relaxations to NP-hard problems. She is the recipient of the 2018 INFORMS Optimization Society Young Researcher's Prize among other awards.
