Hossein Khoshnevis received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Isfahan, Isfahan, Iran, in 2009, the M.Sc. degree in computer science from Saarland University, Saarbrücken, Germany, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Carleton University, Ottawa, ON, Canada, in 2018. During his master’s studies, he was with IMPRS, Max Planck Institute for Informatics. During his Ph.D. studies, he was a member of the Huawei-Carleton collaborative research project and later joined Huawei Technologies Canada Research Centre, Ottawa, ON.
