The Audacity of Throughput - A Trilogy of Rates

There is throughput, there is stable throughput, and there is capacity. How are they related? This talk will highlight some new questions that arise in the context of these measures of "rate" in wireless networks. There are some counterintuitive results, some bold possibilities, some misconceptions, and some dangers of misapplying and misunderstanding the meaning and consequences of these three measures.
