Biography

Dmitry Osipov received his M. Sc. degree from the Moscow State Technical University named after N. E. Bauman in 2003 and the PhD from the Institute for Information Transmission Problems (Kharkevich Institute) Russian Academy of Science (IITP RAS) in 2008. Since 2003 he has been engaged at IITP RAS as a research fellow. He is currently a senior research fellow at the IITP RAS. Since 2012 Dmitry Osipov has been an assistant professor at the National Research University Higher School of Economics. Since 2013 he has been a lecturer at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (Faculty of Radio Engineering and Cybernetics). Dmitry Osipov is currently a deputy head and assistant professor of the Department of Technologies of complex systems modeling of the Computer Science Faculty of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE). Dmitry Osipov is a co-author of two books on wireless communications and author of more than thirty papers on multiple access and wireless communications. In 2014 Dmitry Osipov and his two colleges were awarded the Moscow Government Award for Young Scientists 2013.
