He recieved Masters degree from Electrical Engineering at IIT Bombay in 2012. He was awarded as "The most outstanding student among all outgoing Mtech students of 2012 in Electrical Engineering". He worked as Engineer at Qualcomm till 2015. He is now graduate student working with Prof. Paul Siegel as advisor. He maintains broad interests in Information Theory, Coding theory and Statistical learning. His current research emphasis is on polar coding. He did intensive course work in the areas of Information Theory, Coding Theory, Probability Theory, Mathematical Statistics and Abstract Algebra in both ECE and Math Departments of UCSD which also earned him M.S in 2018.
