Fan Cheng (S’12-M’14) received the bachelor degree in computer science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2007, and the PhD degree in information engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2012. From 2012-2014, he had been a postdoctoral fellow in the Institute of Network Coding, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Now he was working in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore.
