I have been performing consistently exceptionally in my academic career since from primary studies to University education. It ensures my flair for Academics, which eventually made me university 3rd in M.Tech Communication Engineering from VIT University in 2009. During my post-graduation as a communication engineer at VIT University, I have realized that it was academic teaching and research that fascinated me. It led me to start my career as an Assistant professor in the year 2009 in MVGR College of Engineering. Along with my academic career, I was always interested in doing a Ph.D. in wireless communications, was awarded National Research Fellowship in the year 2016 for doing a Ph.D. in wireless communications from Andhra University in the year 2016. It was such a big break for me to get this award in my academic career.

In 2017 received an international fellowship “Japan-Asia youth exchange program in science” under the Sakura Science program sponsored by Japan Science and Technology, Japan.

I am an organized professional with 12 years of experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students of Electronics and Communication Engineering specialization. As an Associate Professor in CBIT(A), I am an innovative educator who focuses on the continual improvement of my students by applying modern pedagogy strategies like inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, blended mode learning, etc. Dedication and passion are my standards that improve my mode of working parameters. I love to go beyond expectations and strive to give the best at every point. I complete many different functions within my job as a teacher, counselor, administrator, and researcher. As a result, I have the unique ability to navigate complex challenges. I was training and placement coordinator at MVGR College of engineering and realize that I have the skills necessary to do it well and implemented changes to their policy on student readiness for higher education and on/off-campus placements. I was actively involved in Interacting with the potential and past Recruiters, organizing the career counseling sessions, coordinating all the activities related to Placement, developing and executing the Placement strategies. I run by the motto of leaving an outstanding mark in whatever I do or wherever I am.
